He seems to have genuinely learned compassion from the date with Tamiko. He even helped them stop the planet of the dogs from occurring.

I love how they maintain a sense of Danger of Alpha Beta. In reality he becomes a harmless funny side charecter. But it still feels like he might rise up again and destroy the world if he gets loose. It really felt like a BIG deal when tbey released him to fight Barro at the end of the first season. You always feel like "I mean hes safe now... probably" but he miiggghhttt still try to kill everyone. That subtle tension is awesome.

I just realized that at 7:52 the blast door window is in the shape of a cube, like the project he wanted to do. Either this was Reagan trolling, or she wanted to be genuine and offer him something comforting. Either way, I love this guy.
