My own dad for example wored until up to 3 am and then some mf who hardly showed up got the promotions, over and over again, simply because he knows people. Nowdays it's even worse, you need nepotism to get a job in the first place...I only got to college because someone on the inside helped despite passing Mt entrance exam. But that's where my luck ended, and the nepotism is over.
