The stereo system in my 335i n54 sounded good but yes it does lack clear high's when volume increases and the mids were just muffled. I too upgraded to the alpha 1's (+ the new amp) a few years ago and love it. I also took it a next level up and replaced the head unit with an android screen so I can have CarPlay and BT etc. The Alpha 1 speaker upgrade really is great, very clear high's and mids restored as they should be. The base also improved but I personally couldn't tell a difference in base between the factory speaker and the new one in omph but it did increase rattles. I then installed some sound deadening material in both front door's which was "fun" but well worth it. PS. Great plug-n-play install. PSS. I'd suggest to people to upgrade the amp first and test it with your current speakers, you'll get a nice boost in performance just with that, but yea if you want the full package go for the whole system.

if people wondering if HIFI to Individual upgrade worth it > no. Hifi was more clear on low-med volume, individual are better full blast, but on low volume there's no high freq. Individual sound like muffled on talking radio, so you increase the highs, and when you want to crank up the volume, the highs bust your ears. So my guess your install should be better than the hassle I got to swap the freaking expensive individual audio. (same as you I have a dedicated home theatre, atmos, 7.2.2), I'm not a audiophile, but enjoy it, and if I said individual is average, then it is for sure. Note I added a 10'' sub, since the under seats subs were too weak.

If I find myself needing some more low-end grunt, I do have my 2 ohm DVC Alpine 10" Type R subs here, circa 2002. 🤔

Does your 135 have the BMW professional stereo system? My factory 135 system sounds phenomenal & I like good sounding stereos, I love music!

It had whatever the higher spec option was, speakers did say Logic 7. It did sound good but it's noticeable the difference with the Alpha one setup. Way better now.

Did you straighten out that fuel pump set up? I’m gonna buy the fuel it stage 2 kit, which comes with a walbro 450 a billet mount & a metal try that sits at the bottom if your factory bucket. Then for another $120 I’m gonna buy another walbro 450 & put that in my bucket. So initially I’ll have a stage 3 pump twin 450’s but the second one will only come on 13psi & above. My JB4 port injection controller will take care of the injectors feeding meth in there….😄

Yeah, the fuel pump is sorted for now, until I completely revamp it this spring where it'll be absolute overkill. But it's good for around 600whp now.

Next spring & summer I’m gonna do a lot of videos on my car finally too. I just put a Gen II GTX3582R PSR in it with a Speedtech top mount open dump, it’s running flawless & im going into map 3. But it’s basically away for the winter now. In may I’m gonna do 550cc injectors with port meth spraying through them. Cars an 09 135 M Sport it has 44k original miles & a lot of cool parts. I’ve built it from scratch & I think I have over $2600 just in titanium hardware through out the entire car, even every bolt for the turbo kit was switched out for grade 5 titanium lol. I have a couple shorts up if you wanna see them? I’m gonna do a full in depth video of the build & a lot of in and out of the car videos this summer…✌🏻🏁
