Thank you for all these neck training videos. Incredible. I've lifted most of my life, and rarely worked my neck. Just never saw the importance. Started training it about a month ago, and haved already added an inch from 15.5 to 16.5. Tried to wear a tie the other day and couldn't button the shirt. After a workout it's usually 17.5 pumped. Goal is 18. And by the way gains aren't just for newbies or young guys either. I'm 47. Final note, I bought NE and highly recommend it to anyone. Concurrent periodization has brought new life and gains to monotonous programming. Just hit 455 sumo dead, and can't wait to see where the program takes me.

I have been training neck since two months. Gains have been insane. Besides the physical look, the mental effect on having a bigger and thicker neck are prominent. You feel more stable walking around and sitting at your desk. I used to be skeptical about training neck, but I can highly recommend everyone doing it. I've been doing a superset of neck curls and neck extensions 3x15-20 three times per week. Takes 10 minutes.

Can you do a video on the pros and cons of different stance widths for the squat, and also the different general anatomies of people that will be better suited to the different stances? From what I can gather if you have a longer femur/are taller a wider stance can help you reach depth? I'll have to do my own testing but personally I have pattelar tracking issues in my right knee so if my knee travels over my toes too much I get sharp pains which means lifting shoes combined with a narrow stance is a no go. I feel a bit of pain in my lower back with my narrow stance which is leading me to believe I may be rounding my back slightly at the bottom, gonna try wide stance on Saturday
@demoncore53424 жыл бұрын
Lot of it has to do with hip joint anatomy. Like the more you can rotate the leg out, the more you want to flare out. Don't just try this or that, take some time and find your stance. You literally should stand at the most comfortable.
