@@AlexLeonidas i bought a normal neck harnass for like 12 euro's, it really does the job for me tbh. Got almost an inch now in 1.5 month (my neck is a REALLY inresponsive muscle in my case, ive been neck curling for half a year without any result) so yeah if you have the money buy a neck flex, if not a normal harnass will do!

Marius Mitrache, an amateur bodybuilder from Romania actually put this to the test ~1 year ago. He is an advanced lifter with over 18years of training but never trained his neck, and then to prove that you can build muscle while in a calorie deficit and on a vegan diet, he trained his neck for a month and increased its size. very cool to see

Like a lot of people here I discovered neck training on AD's channel. To be honest it's my number 1 muscle now. Even when I have downs and don't feel like training, I still give some importance and priority to my neck and traps area because I realized that it's indeed the most important part to look good.

Thank you for all these neck training videos. Incredible. I've lifted most of my life, and rarely worked my neck. Just never saw the importance. Started training it about a month ago, and haved already added an inch from 15.5 to 16.5. Tried to wear a tie the other day and couldn't button the shirt. After a workout it's usually 17.5 pumped. Goal is 18. And by the way gains aren't just for newbies or young guys either. I'm 47. Final note, I bought NE and highly recommend it to anyone. Concurrent periodization has brought new life and gains to monotonous programming. Just hit 455 sumo dead, and can't wait to see where the program takes me.

I have been training neck since two months. Gains have been insane. Besides the physical look, the mental effect on having a bigger and thicker neck are prominent. You feel more stable walking around and sitting at your desk. I used to be skeptical about training neck, but I can highly recommend everyone doing it. I've been doing a superset of neck curls and neck extensions 3x15-20 three times per week. Takes 10 minutes.

I love it and I get plenty of compliments saying I look like a bully pit haha. Again I love it. I've read a fair bit about neck training after watching one of your vids a couple years ago but it seemed many wrestlers and others who trained their necks seemed to get breathing problems during a bulk. Can you do a video on the pros and cons of different stance widths for the squat, and also the different general anatomies of people that will be better suited to the different stances? From what I can gather if you have a longer femur/are taller a wider stance can help you reach depth? I'll have to do my own testing but personally I have pattelar tracking issues in my right knee so if my knee travels over my toes too much I get sharp pains which means lifting shoes combined with a narrow stance is a no go. I feel a bit of pain in my lower back with my narrow stance which is leading me to believe I may be rounding my back slightly at the bottom, gonna try wide stance on Saturday

Lot of it has to do with hip joint anatomy. Like the more you can rotate the leg out, the more you want to flare out. Don't just try this or that, take some time and find your stance. You literally should stand at the most comfortable.

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. John 3:36 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭23‬ Jesus Christ is the only way, seek Him while He may be found, before it’s too late, tomorrow is never promised..

I get nauseous every time I do neck training, so I avoid it entirely. I'd love to be able to do it without feeling like throwing up, any tips? (I tend to get car sick as well, and it's quite the same feeling when doing neck exercises)

Off topic a little but I saw your video of full body 2x a week. Is it possible to do the two days in a row and if so, how? One upper day, next day lower?

The truth is: Neck is just like calves. Either you have it or not. The neck muscles mostly consists of slow twitch muscles and won‘t build up in size really. Y‘all just inaccurate in measuring. The neck cannot be build in muscle size.

I injured my neck doing neck extensions last week. Was perfect form with a 25lbs attached to my neck harness. Like on my 5th rep i felt a jolting pain on the right side of my neck. Was stiff as fuck for a few days and could barely move it but now i have much more ROM. Anyone have a similar experience and could give me any tips on rehabbing it?
