Instead of directly center chest i tend to focus any sprays in the chest area to my clavicles and avoid the front/side of the neck to hit behind the ears so that i avoid scent blindness. The back of the neck is also nice to leave a scent trail. For the younger guys, find a cozy scent and hit your hoodie lightly, that way when your girl is cold you can hand it over and with the right scent you might score a few points.

That actually sounds like a much more reasonable way of application. It's not as concentrated and you can make it subtle instead of walking around smelling like an Italian gigolo's man purse.

@@kristoferjonsson733 Oh no. It takes a lot more than that. Those scents are very powerful and only evaporate with time. I guess you'd only need to find a neutral smelling cream so that the smells don't mix.

I spray on my wrist. I do it so during the day I can raise my wrist to my nose and smell my fragrance for myself and give myself a compliment. That may seem odd to some, but I do it because I’ve only received two compliments in the 5 to 6 years I’ve started wearing fragrance and I don’t think they really count. One was from a person I used to work with who was old enough to be my grandmother. The other was from a friend of the family who was married. Those two complements were given without asking. I have received complaints when I ask people if they like what I have on, but again I don’t think that counts. I spray seven sprays of whatever I choose to wear in the morning.

Scentbird changed the shape of the sample bottle recently. I think they did this to increase the sales of their casings unfortunately. Before, the bottles could be stood upright without a case

A lot of the colognes on Scentbird are dirt cheap at discounters. You have to pay attention to which ones you get because you may end up paying $17 for a .3 travel size while the full bottle is $12 at a TJ Maxx or something

As a gay man, I say don't use fragrances at all. I just love the the original man scents that nature provides. Whether it means pits or balls, or whatever. The only exceptions are if there isn't too much of a strong fragrance. Then something applied to the taint (right behind the balls) can enhance that experience. I love some ball sweat with that nice fragrance as well.

Man, your tips on how much you should be spraying is completely wrong brotha. Yes If it’s a heavy winter style fragrance like a gourmand or something you should keep the sprays low 2-5 range. But If it’s a fresh summer type of scent then you’re going to need 10+ sprays. If you’re wearing a fresh fragrance with 3 squirts max then nobody is ever going to even smell you
