Spot on with the conflicting shower gel and cologne combo. They do conflict and puts the scent you're going for way off. That's why I choose a fragrance that has an identical body wash to layer with it. I wear Calvin Klein Eternity and I bought the Calvin Klein Eternity Hair and Body Wash and deoderant too and it all layers perfectly together. They even have a Eternity Body Spray too if you want. Look for something like that and you'll be fine

I only discovered your channel a few months ago, after a breakup. Instead of being mad at her, I started paying more attention to me. I found out a lot of things I was missing on due to ignorance. I am a decent looking guy, I work out, I do something for a living, have a passion... but I am just... too simple. I first started with a haircut (I used to cut my hair alone.... cheaper and not having to deal with other people). I already felt better, my confidence ramped up, I felt better of myself and noticed I started turning heads. HELL YEAH!!! GAME. ON!!! I went shoping, (which I hate) I used to wear all kinds of clothes wheather I was getting them as gifts or second hand from family members. I basiclly had no style... I went out and said "You ain't goin' out of here without a pair of pants, shoes and 2 t-shorts". It was good for a start, giving the fact that I was whearing the same shoes for 5 years (like there was something emotional going on there). Cleaned my closet... and realised how many things I was not wearing and how much space I used for nothing. I basically had clothes in my closed just for me to see I have something. I was wearing 35% of what I had there. I now have 2-3 outfits in which I look badass, I have a haircut, some sunglasses (I never wore glasses in my life and I'm 23y/o) and a badass jacket. Now when I go out, literally, I feel like I have a super heroe suit on me. This change in style and look fills me with confidence and even though it's out of my comfort zone at the moment, I will never turn back to who I was just 3 months ago. Yes... 3 months. Thank you for all the advices you gave me through your videos, they really helped me a lot, YOU helped me a lot.

If I am going to apply cologne i will shower with a bar soap with little scent like dove, dial, etc. If i'm not going to be wearing cologne will use a nice scented body wash but in both cases only use unscented anti persperant/deodorant

Alot of gum has aspartame in it which causes cancer. Gum can be useful for dental care, but I don't chew gum as much due to the fact that aspartame is a cancer causing agent that's found in alot of chewing gum.

Natural deodorants don't have aluminum and it's horrible! I use shea butter: goldbond body powder, Dove extra extra fresh spray, and secret powder stick, then some type of light perfume. I'm BLack so BLack soap, and sheamoisture hair products and extreme gel. The only thing that stinks is the wildgrow oil I use. I just put a Lul acv rinse on my scale sometimes to eradicate the odor.

Alpha, great video, but I have 1 tip that works for me! I usually toss the used training set in a bag and put it in the freezer. That way a lot of the bacterias die and ends up not smelling when it has been in there for some time.

Creed Aventus is pretty overrated for any of those who are curious. I personally use Feragamo F Black and 360 Red by Perry Ellis and they are quite affordable while also smelling great. But he is right that you don't need to overdo it, just make sure you take a shower before you leave the house and use an antiperspirant with a decent cologne (more for you than anyone else).

Good advice. The only thing is 3 squirts of fragrance on pulse points seems excessive - a good quality fragrance (like Aventus Creed) usually needs 1 squirt on a pulse point (or two points) and it seems to last the whole day. Another good cheaper Creed-type fragrance if you're in the UK is Laboratory Perfume's Amber spray. That stuff is magic - changes scent through the day, lots of fakes though so buy direct from them is my advice.
