The first thing you need to understand is that the most attractive people are NOT the most successful in a bar or club getting dates, numbers, or actions. The ones who are successful are the ones who signal their availability through basic flirting techniques.
Success Boils Down to Four Things:
body language

How to Practice?
Starts with step one. Survey the scene by walking around the place. Make eye contact with whomever you can. Eye contact is simple AND the 1st & most basic component of flirting. Don't wear sunglasses in a club at night! Prowl around the room making contact with everyone! But don't linger.
Time is of the essence. Grab your boys and station yourself near the girl from whom you want attention- about 10 to 15 feet away. Stand at a slight angle so that with a simple turn of the head you have her in your line of sight. Gaze and wait. Be cool when she looks at you by maintaining eye contact and giving a little smirk. Open your posture and face her- wait. In the next 60 seconds, she will glance back at you. If she does, smile! If you get the glance back in 6-0 seconds, walk up and introduce yourself. Never lead with a physical compliment. Instead, be calm, cool, and collected. "Hey, I'm Aaron. What's your name?" If she doesn't glance back at you within that 60 second window, pack up and move on for your 2nd option. You can come back to your 1st choice later in the night.
Body Language Dos and Don'ts

This is good advice. The key is to wait for multiple looks, multiple eye contacts. If you just cold-approach women all the time you will get rejected constantly and have your confidence destroyed. Wait for at least 2 or 3 obvious looks from her, and you will have LOTS more success. Also in clubs, girls will keep on dancing near you if they're interested. I rarely go to bars but Ive been to dozens and dozens of clubs and I know eye contact at least 2-3 usually means its game on!

I used to work with this overweight guy who didn't make much money. He wasn't ugly and dressed well but was overall pretty average looking. But hot damn was he good with women. My own player friends have given me fuck tons of great advice. The thing they stress the most is to not go in looking to score, if you try, you fail. Im sorry but I don't wait for looks from a hot girl. I see her, I position myself in the room closer to her (not too obviously of course). As I get closer to her area, I'm watching her to see if/when she notices me. May sound crazy, but I can literally feel if a girl is into me or not just by being in her immediate area (after she has seen me of course). You should be able to do this too. You know if you're getting a good or bad vibe from people. Let me clarify, you're not looking for a vibe that she wants to sleep with you and have babies. You're just looking for a positive vibe that she's not threatened or turned off by you. If I feel like she's noticed me or checked me out and she's into me or at least not against me, I continue subtly. If I feel she's noticed me and is attracted to me...I notice how she handles her attraction to me in the moment. Does she immediately start ignoring me? Does she flip her hair or play with it? Does she start talking louder so that I'll notice her? Does she start drinking her drink and wait for me to talk to her? All of these can be signs she's into me...I then find something that is unrelating to she and I like a question I could ask her about the bar, bartender, the band playing, her friend(s) around her, etc.. then I simply ask her a non threatening question that I could ask anyone around me in that moment. If she leans into me or is immediately responsive with her mannerisms I know she's interested. I then begin asking her if she's from wherever we are... Where did she go to school? Is she out celebrating tonight or just relieving some stress? I ask her what she's drinking (if its not obvious). I ask her if she's had a specific cocktail before.. she may say yes, then I ask her what she recommends I get. If she says no then she will ask me whats in it that cocktail... now we are talking. I can joke and tell her I have no idea what's in it..I just know its delicious and it makes me a happy guy and smile or I can lean into her and tell her every ingredient and then tell her I'm going to order one if she'd like to try it, she can try it first and tell me what she thinks. This has worked for me many times. Later in the conversation I officially introduce myself, look her in the eyes and smile while shaking her hand (just as if she was anyone else, but with a little more interest). From that point I try to get as many drinks in her as possible at her expense and then try to get her away from her friends so I can get her out of there and into bed!!!... WAIT! Just kidding LOL. It may sound crazy to you, but I never take a girl home and definitely don't have sex with her the first time we meet. Why you may ask? Because if she will go home and have sex with you within hours of meeting you for the first time at a bar..trust me, you're not the first and you won't be the last and you're probably going to end up with much more than a little pu**y that night (VD is real). Not to mention, you need to get each others numbers and let the alcohol that night wear off, sober up and see if you're both still interested or if it was just the "Tequila Talkin". Trust me, You don't want to just bang random chicks from bars, you're going to end up with a nasty sl*t in your house that you cant trust and she will most likely end up putting your heart in a meat grinder along the way. You want a good, trustworthy person you can count on in your life. Thats the REAL reason your doing this in the first place if you boil it all down. The fact is a bar may not be the best place to find this person, but if you're just wanting sex then go to a strip club and get a BJ in the back room or pay the stripper to come "visit" you at a hotel. That's literally much safer than a random girl at a bar that will go down on you the first night you meet her

My next line was can you share something about yourself hat no one else knows that would surprise your best friend. They all share something dorky but that’s ok. Then I say it’s great to meet her using her name and a bit of her secret telling her that for the rest of the night we will at least have this little secret to share.
