7-8 hours of rest daily, keep it under 100-150g carbs, high protein, no alcohol (maybe one for a date), cardio daily, hit the weights 3-4x weekly. 30 days. I can do this 😎

Personally I started counting my macros, and hitting abs 3 days a week. My favorite ab exercise is weighted decline sit-ups. Remember for optimal ab progress you should progressively overload them. 💪

NGL, I watched this whilst eating takeout for lunch because I stayed up last night until 5am doing deployment at work and now I'm doing my regular 9-5 hours 😂 Seriously though, I've been dropping the ball with exercise. I was making great progress at the start of the year but as things has gotten busier recently, I've had to put exercise in the back seat for a little bit

I want to comment on that take on alcohol...I stand by this 100%. I quit drinking/started proper nutrition/exercise over a year ago, and what Alpha is saying about it messing everything up is true. Needless to say, I have full self control, or for a better term, discipline/willpower.

figure out your daily caloric needs and track everything you're eating. also consider adding some extra exercise to your regimen. For example, I added stationary bike 6 days a week on top of running and gym and that gave me a ton of flexibility with my nutrition and allowed me to burn fat much more easily.

I'm currently doing the Athlean X Bruce Lee Dragon workout. I actually like this one so far because it has a decent balance of compounds, conditioning, and abs. In addition I'm also walking as well. I don't think I'll be 100% where I want to be in 30 days but I'm at least hoping by July. The biggest challenge for me is the dieting portion because a lot of times I am on the road with my job. But when I stay local I'm way more on point than when I have to drive long distances.

Dw bro ull be fine. The issue is people put these habits into a temporary mindset, it has to be a lifestyle change. Then if 80%+ of your weekly calories and meals are from healthy whole foods, your working out and doing ur cardio .. if you have a couple muffins or your favorite takeout once a week you'll be fine. Just get back to normal routine the next day and do your best. Don't be hard on yourself. Coming from someone whose been training and good with nutrition for years. Best of luck out there brother 💪

I do ab work before my cardio, i do jump rope after. You can do treadmill, stair master, rower etc etc. but definitely ab work before treadmill.

The trick for me personally is not your mothers Apple cider vinegar liquid and also not your mother’s apple cider vinegar pills 💊 also. I drink the apple cider vinegar 3 times a day and the pills once in the morning with my Apple cider vinegar. And it helps for me .
