I don't think that I will ever understand the choices the computers make with custom dice blocks. I have two stories of normal CPUs making... very questionable decisions with custom dice blocks: On Peach's Birthday Cake, Yoshi used a custom dice block right before an event space where I had bought a large piranha plant. He chose to land on the event space and give me a star. On Woody Woods, Rosalina had two custom dice blocks, a golden pipe, 100 coins, and was two spaces away from the star, when Birdo had a Chomp Call and I had another golden pipe. She proceeded to use a custom dice block to roll a one and land on a red space.

If they ever add new boards to Superstars, they should add that one from I think it was 5 or 6, whichever one had the day/night cycle, the one that was a straight race to the star that swapped between the star or Bowser who would take a star after each person landing on the boat, starting over after getting the star or minus-star, alternate paths if you wanted to take your time for whatever reason, and there were also happening spaces that swapped the two; I know DK handed out the star in that one, but you could switch him to Toad on a boat. I feel like that would be an absolutely chaotic mad-dash with all the QoL updates with Superstars, even without the day/night cycle. Castaway Cove I think it was called.
