I bought a used 2018 rubicon and it has the 209 in it. My question is do you know what would make the OBD2 stop working/connecting? The person had the OBD2 cord unplugged, so I plugged it back in and had 0 luck getting it to re connect. Basically the gauges won’t carry over to screen. Any tips gents?

Thanks for this explicit video. We were able to install in about three hours. We did connect the cables to the head unit and did the flashing the day before. We installed a USB port on one of the cigarette lighters as well as a backup camera. Thanks for the helpful video!

Does this need the Factory rear bracket for the 2007-2010? I have already removed mine.

The 2007-2010 JK's don't have the same rear bracket that the 2011+ do, so no, this install does not require it for 2007-2010 models.

How do I remove the factory bracket? I'm installing a Pioneer AVH-NEX and I have the four screws out, but can't get it out.

I am not so clear on how this is any different that a standard double din radio.

The difference is that this 7-inch system comes with a dash kit made to fit in 2007-2018 Wrangler JK. The average double din does not come with a dash kit included.

No, no adapters required - it comes out of the box with Apple CarPlay once you plug in a compatible iPhone.
