I need to correct you on something to make re-installation of the door panel MUCH easier and possible. Don't lift UP on panel after the small clips are free. Instead, pull it towards you at the top edge. It will snap right in. I learned this when installing my power folding mirrors kit.

Well, the Alpine's are a true Hi-Res certified speaker set therefore they pair very well with any of the Alpine 4Runner Head Unit kits since they're Hi-Res as well! That being said, the Kicker set is also great and we sell a ton of them.

Sound is definitely a personal preference, but we've had a ton of folks replace their speakers only and absolutely love them!

Should have done a before and after video of the sound while driving. This tells us nothing about the quality of sound.

@@TrailGridPro Sure did. Terrible to record audio from outside of the vehicle. It just sounds loud. We only have your assessment, but we really need an isolated presentation with the driver the windows closed and the 4Runner on the road.
