main issue ive had with this unit is when you turn ignition off it doesnt always remember track & comes up unreadable & skips the track, which is frustrating on short journeys. I contacted Alpine but they dont acknowledge the fault.

Which Passat model is it? Because I think the b3 or b6 model you have to ask them for a gps as an option but the new Passat you don't ask because they come with it like the Passat GT and so on...

Adem Çetin I have the 2015 Passat TDI, I found an aftermarket head unit for $399 and it’s a perfect fit plus it’s a plug and play, no harness needed. I’m getting it in 4 weeks, thx tho, 👊🏾✌🏾🇳🇬🇺🇸

Toujours pas de navigation sur le MFA, malgré les mise a jours du X901D-G7, le changement du Can-bus Alpine le problème est toujours la QUE FAIT ALPINE.........? Vous dires qu'un passage a la valise est nécessaire en concession VW , pour que VW vous disent l'option est déjà activée vue que vous aviez au paravent le discover Media qui a la navigation. Donc simple message a Alpine, vous vendez du matos pas fini ??

What bulbs are you using in that Golf please? This is a halogen version but the lights are very white or blue ice, for this model the bulbs are typically classic yellow, it looks really nice on non-LED version. Thanks in advance!

Stick with the stock until you absolutely need a new unit Once you rip all that stuff out and put it back together it's never the same. You're only going to go nuts with all the new vibrations and rattles
