On my second pair of these already. (They are now calling them v2 but they are the same boot as the original) First one the GTX failed after 3 years and got covered under GoreTex Lifetime warranty (by GoreTex themselves, Alpine did not care). Second one I had a very tight seem/stitch that took a long time and lots of effort to stretch out to the point where the boots got comfortable, it's my main traveller pair of boots now. Honestly, for anyone riding all weathers (like a road/adventure tourer with no offroad) these and the TCX Airtech 3 GTX are the only real good options. Any other weatherproof option all run into the same flaw: You end up every warm day with sweaty feet (yes, warm, not even saying hot).

I’m 44 in forma and tax. 10 1/2 USA. Very Wide feet. Is the the sport touring for hot summers and what size? 44?

Yes, you can wear it in the summer and it would be size 45.
