You just got to cook them very well, but still some people with sensitive gut can have upset stomach even few days later , these are are all gyromytras

​@KaAdventure13 Gyromitra esculenta is a potentially deadly fungus if improperly prepared before and during cooking. It is advised to cook outdoors as you can inhale the toxin, Gyromitrin. (I'm unsure if these are the same species but definitely the same genus)

It's a false morel... Gyromitra Esculenta ....not the safest.
