Ok so I wondered why your movements were familiar. And started to think…. If you watch old shaman and medicine men. They do a lot of these same movements. Is this something you come up with or were you taught this way of touching the inner energy???

I was taught traditional reiki by my grandma when I was a kid! And have also done years of study around shamanism, mediumship, and channeling. So grateful you notice that- my style is definitely a unique art form but it’s a blend of traditional energy healing, trance work, creative movement, embodied channeling, and ASMR!
