Myles Kennedy is in a class of his own when it comes to his vocals, but Mark Tremonti is the man. He can shred and shred and keep on shredding. I saw these guys live in early 2005. I had no idea who they were. After they played 1 song, the entire place was in compete awe. These guys had to follow Mudvayne. Everyone who came to see Mudvayne, me included, sat down once Mudvayne left the stage. Then these guys walked out and played "Find the Real". My God, it was amazing. Myles was up there with something to prove and Tremonti, well, he didn't want to disappoint. By the end of their set, everyone in the crowd was cheering for an encore. But it was a festival, so they were only slotted for so much time. Myles apologized and told everyone where they were playing next so if you wanted to hear their entire set you could come. He walked back stage and asked if they could play one more, but he came back out and said they told him "No.", after he relayed this info to the crowd we all booed, but it did nothing. So, Tremonti did a quick solo in an attempt to appease the crowd, and then Myles said goodnight. We all gave a roaring applause and sat back down. Then some talentless hacks came out and everyone went to the concessions or to take a piss. It was bizarre. But they did sell a lot of CD's that day I can assure you of that. Because besides the new Mudvayne CD I did purchase the Alter Bridge CD as well. I think that tour sold those records for them. Because they were the best band I saw that day.

If they led with Find the Real, Tremonti murdered it. That song has so many sweet licks on the guitar.

This is in my opinion the top band performing in the world today. Classical sounds that will be played for years to come and these archival videos will be set for future generations...that's how unique and artistically delivered the Bands, Harmony is Given to their audiance, both are captured together in the sound and expression!

Maybe this song might change my mind about the Creed versus Alter bridge because Scott Tapp still has a potion and feel that's hard to match (and this is not to mock what Alter Bridge stands for) They have one thing in COMMON "Mark Tremonti" and he certainly is one of the guitar gods
