You always know how metal they are by their face when they play. Tremonti is an effing animal on guitar. All that Creed stuff was just a one big warmup for him. He's METAL TO THE BONE. I still don't think any one of these singers has been able to fully bring out some of the great metal he's written in these songs. I mean, listen to that wah, harmonics, trem, lead fills and solos, and those ridiculously heavy low chords and palm mutes??? Dude's filling in all the boxes my metal brothers/sisters/friends. It's not getting better than that on electric guitar. When Tremonti screams out a down trem/wah/ harmonic, you gotta go bigger in the singing, dude! I still love you Miles. You're an awesome singer. There's just a time and a place to stop singing and effing rip!
