Y'all reacting to the high note never gets old. Myles is a phenomenal singer and he has done soon to be 4 albums with Slash. He was also rumored to sing for Led Zeppelin but that fell apart before it could get started. On another note, Mark Tremonti is a master shredder on the guitar and has 5 solo albums out that are all amazing.

Myles is my favourite rock singer of all time, his voice is insane. Im glad you reacted the same way to when i first heard him sing hahaha. I then went down a Myles Kennedy rabbit hole and i've never come out! When he tours with Slash and does the vocals for the old Guns N Roses songs its brilliant. Alter Bridge has a lot of great songs, you should listen to In Loving Memory, Metalingus, My Champion and Broken Wings. Blackbird is brilliant but im sure someone has told you about this haha. Oh and if Myles looks a little familiar it's because he is the guy from the movie Rock Star with Mark Walhberg who gets pulled out of the crowd at the end of the movie to sing.

You just heard badass Myles Kennedy!! Dude has a four octave range. He also is the lead vocalist with Slash, Myles Kennedy, and the conspirators. Slash from Guns n' Roses. The reason they made a big deal about them doing the song is that amazing high note at the end. I have seen Alter Bridge three times and I've never heard this song live because of that high note. They don't normally perform with an orchestra either. This performance was special at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Please go through their catalog and see what else you would like. "Lover" off of fortress is amazing, "In loving memory" is beautiful, But if you like the high notes, I highly recommend "Burn it down" from One Day Remains. Alter Bridge and Miles are my absolute favorites. I hope you dive in to that rabbit hole and I hope you love them as much as I do.

Myles is one of my favorite vocalists. Dude can sing. In Loving Memory from Kerrang and his solo acoustic version of Watch Over You are incredible, and also Blackbird live From Wembley. Definitely worth checking out.

Myles is referring to "AB III" which is their 3rd studio album. If you want to hear more from Alter Bridge you should check out "Blackbird", which is another great masterpiece from their 2nd studio album.

This song came about from the chats between Myles and Mark about religion. Mark is a believer and Myles isn't but they have discussions about their thoughts on the matter. After he hits that note I love the way Mark smiles and looks at him :)

It's really interesting. From my very limited understanding, Myles was questioning his beliefs when his dad died but Mark was basically saying not to lose faith. That juxtaposition is so interesting.

When Myles' real father passed away, It was due to his parents believing in a faith that did not believe in medical intervention. So his father died because of lack of medical care due to faith. This song is a discussion about faith between Mark and Myles. Mark is Christian. Myles is a freethinker who questions a higher power because of his childhood. His stepfather adopted him and gave him the surname of Kennedy.

I saw them live in perth when they last came on the hero tour.... It was the best live show I have ever seen..... and I have seen alot of top tier rock groups.... Acdc, for those about to rock tour Gunners, use your illusion tour Motley crue, girls tour, Iron maiden, last time they were here.... many more. Barnsey over 10 times and Alter Bridge beats them all.... It felt like they were playing Wembley stadium and they were in a 2000 person music club, metropolis in freo..... Can't wait for them to come back

4:25 the other singer is Mark Tremonti. He has his own solo band, named “Tremonti”, in which he’s the frontman and lead vocalist. His vocals have gotten much better over the years and he’s even releasing an album in May of Sinatra covers. The dude is super talented and one of the best guitarists out there. I always get goosebumps with this song. Both myles and Mark have tremendous voices. Myles though, my God, he has a gift and I'm thankful he shares it with us. I love the heavy (not this song so much of course) guitars with the melodic vocals. Is there a name for that? Together myles and mark have such warm tonality I absolutely love their vocals. The band is freaking good beyond talented. The drummer and bass player are completely underrated and tremonti? The guy has chops, versatility and can sing. His solo stuff is great. Check Tremonti sings Sinatra. Versatility fo sho. I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention that although this band is fairly heavy at times their music is positive, uplifting and genuine. They tell us to hang on just one more day, that this song is for us may it lift us up when we feel we're falling again. They ask us why would we question our strength inside because they see in us more then we'll ever know. That we need love to replace the obscene something good, beautiful. To watch our words, that to see truly well we must have faith.
