The Mirage Palette is so pretty. I do like a good Alter Ego palette. I feel for you. I have that cold virus that is going around. It's a doozy. Im on day 8, and feel like the living dead. Suavito has a SUPER strong paste! I believe you can get it at Sally's . Strong fragrance but would work great on your hair! And hello beautiful Ziva!

My kitty is named Ziva too! Love the red hair btw. I’m not big into brown eyeshadow but something about the Huda palettes and their dupes entrance me. I talked myself out of this one, but I did end up picking up the Huda Rose Quartz when it was son sale for 50% off.

Great video. I have heard from another KZbin person that I watch that she can’t use Huda Shadows either. She is allergic too. Which shadow do you like better? The Adams Family Wednesday Shadow or the Alter Ego?

I absolutely love dark dark eyeshadows, but the practicality of wearing them is limited so for most day's I'd go Alter Ego :) but a dark smokey eye speaks to my soul! lol

Hi Shelley this palette was always going to be too warm and too dark for me (whether the original or the alternate), but it did create a pretty eye look for you. I like the red hair btw. I was a goth in my teens and many of my friends were punks with mohicans or mohawks. They used a combination of sugar water, hair gel and super hold hair lacquer to make it hold for days 😂. Each had their own combo and ratio of products, but sugar water did a lot of the original spikes. Many years on there will be actual hair products available to do it, but it a hard hold crunchy style and not something you can run your fingers through 😂. Best wishes x
