What do you do with the pocket books, they're beautiful, but how do you use them?

That has got to be the perfect book for this project! I really love the flower that you made out of punched out circles! I'm not sure if you mentioned it, but did you take any pages out of the book to give yourself more room? I've been wanting to do something like this with a beautiful old book and I've been buying ones for it specifically, but haven't had the courage yet…

I was actually surprised by how well the book was suited to this project, even more so that I didn't see it's potential before now and was planning to donate it. I took out just over 3/4 of the original pages and left 3 pages per signature. If you're worried about trying this on a special old book, you could test it out on another one. Maybe you have a cheap book you've already read?
