I enjoy making these. I usually make 3 at a time, stamping Maymay inspiration stamps (and some floral stamps) on about every third page inside the books.. Many ladies seem to really enjoy receiving these as gifts.

This album is so Pretty!! I just want to thank you for saving the small pieces of the double stick adhesives. So many demonstrators will wad up the wide waste strips after applying to their designer paper, and it just drives me nuts!! I will nearly give butt another piece up to it, and add more adhesive to that second piece later. That adhesive is not cheap, and It makes me cringe to waste it. It's the kind of thing I will find a way to use up every bit, except the round corners we need to trim off.

You are now the first craft person I have ever subscribed to. I wanted to learn how to make a cover for a composition book for a Christmas present, and it’s how I found you. I absolutely love your presentation and personality. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that you caught me with your story of your Dad, because it is something my Dad would’ve said too. I look forward to your future videos. Be well and stay smiling 🎈

Love this craft...I do this with my composition books too. I used them for Bible Study notes, sermon lesson notes, prayer requests, etc. I also put decoupage on it to seal it in and help it from wear and tear. Love that you used the “old” pokey tool. Even though I have the new one, I reach for that one too.

I always enjoy your covered composition books. Also, I am confident I had a dress in the late 70s early 80s with the colors and prints you used on the front cover. It was a bohemian style dress with wooden buttons. I thought it was amazing in it's polyester glory!

Maymay, if you use a Bic lighter to melt the ribbon ends, that will stop any raveling. Just wave it ever so lightly under the ribbon end and it will melt it and not burn it. FYI
