It's about the same as a new car payment. Averages around $40k for a full mouth. I wish you were in California. I have seen several dentists, and most of them don't do the three-on-six. I found a dentist in the city of Long Beach, Ca. and they want $25,000 just for upper work.

We hope to have a provider in California in the near future. In the meantime, many of our patients travel from out-of-state for treatment, usually to our Utah office. The price you're getting isn't totally unreasonable except for the fact that they're probably quoting you for the All-on-4 which is an inferior treatment because they will cut out bone from the patients mouth and use a large and bulky restoration. So in other words in order for me and/or others to eat and actually smile we have to get into debt of 30k REALLY! I have been to 165 dentists and not one takes payments oh but financing-So i have to get into debt in order to smile and eat-What is wrong with this system. It furates me to no end that have struggled after my accident and what if you cant finance teeth-your just left with nothing.

Some patients are able to pay cash, some finance payment, it really just depends on the individual. We wish it didn't cost as much either, but there are a lot of pieces and costs that have to come together to surgically restore a smile (implants, zirconia, dental school, regulations, anesthesia, licensing, etc) and we only control a small portion of those costs. Bruxism has worn my teeth done to such an extreme. 😞 I don’t think implants are a good choice for grinders. Unfortunately the grinding has lead to periodontal disease.

Implants can actually restore the teeth of bruxers and often fix their occlusion (the way the teeth come together) to create better outcomes. Often bruxers will wear a mouthguard at night to also help protect the teeth.
