I discovered this channel after an intense, personal meditation led me to the phrase "I AM", repeating endlessly in my mind without meaning attached, meant for me to project on. The first Luminara video I watched was about how to visualize correctly, and as the video played on, I began feeling a pull in a direction that was comfortable but foreign, something akin to connection or resonance. In that moment, I felt like the universe had put that video in front of me for a reason. That feeling intensified when the next recommended video was about the power of "I AM". I IMMEDIATELY felt an observational loop, a sense that I was in the perfect place at the perfect time because the universe had converged on this moment, that -this moment- of realization and connection was necessary, a collision of the internal meditation and the external information. It has been a new sensation entirely to -feel- the present in the cloud of possibility and recognize that I AM here, that I AM aware and compassionate, and that I AM capable of the focus and conviction required to achieve my goals, realize my ideal self, and be a conduit for the bounty that the universe has to offer. - I wanted to participate in the spirit of sharing knowledge and experience in the attempt to bring you up into the quiet, connected contentment that this growth can bring. Our journeys will be profoundly different, and I love you and desire nothing but the best lessons and experiences for you on your journey to fulfilment and abundance. When I took mdma for the second time in my life, I went outside in the village I live near a Lake. It was summer. I could hear the water gently splashing, the sun was almost setting when it hit and right then and there in that moment I felt something that I wouldn’t even think of. I didn’t think it was even possible. I felt freedom, my mind was free, my body felt like a feather and everything changed. My perception, my feelings, my thoughts, my gestures, my voice, everything. I felt like I was connected with everything around me and suddenly I knew it, I knew that life is only about living the present moment with unconditional love, no fear whatsoever no bad thoughts nothing. I felt pure love and connection. I could feel the air touching my skin, I could feel love for every tiny creature in the grass, I could feel the air inside my lungs, the sunlight touching and heating my skin, the rocks, the water, I felt so peaceful and I remember that I wished that every single human being must feel like I did right then and if they do everything will change the life as we know it, we can be truly free and the key is the our perception. If we unlock that perception we can live in paradise because paradise is right here waiting for us, we just need to really open our eyes I was enjoying walking actually I loved just to walk and breath air and I was so happy never in my life I thought this can be real, but it is. I felt it I experienced it and I know it’s real, everything is possible. My anxiety disappeared, suddenly I felt the urge to just talk to anyone in my way, and when I talked I was like I can’t even described it..I couldn’t believe that inside of me it was hidden this wonderful treasure that I discovered. I was so gentle, loving, caring with people and with my words, I was talking slowly, confident but yet with humility and care. I felt like I was god I felt like god gave us this incredible gift and we just need to open it, to want it to search for it and to use it and I’m not referring to mdma, I am referring to our true selves because truly I tell you we are so much more than you can even possibly imagine. I am still amazed about how we really can be and I wished right then to feel like this in my life but without taking any drugs and I wished everyone to feel what I felt, the love and pure energy flowing everywhere. This video is amazing because when I listen to it it reminds me that everything this video says it is TRUE.

@@Christian-kg4jd I actually wished in that moment to feel like that in my life without taking any kind of drugs. I did it once and it was unbelievable and it I felt like that for about a week but then I got lost again. The thing is that experience made me realize that it is possible. I truly believe in the idea that everything is possible and I think this plays a major role in experiencing all kinds of visions, perceptions and feelings. I felt touched by God and I felt like he was talking to me, showing me his creation, everything that surrounds us and it was so beautiful. I actually cried first for about half an hour like I never did before that's how it started, I was just fishing with my dad and suddenly I stopped and laid down and I wasn't thinking at anything at all, I just felt to do so and so I did, and as I was laying down I could see the open sea and the sun above the horizon and I started to talk to myself in my mind, asking questions like "who am I", "what is this", "what is life" and then it was like a very fast connection between my questions and answers that appeared so quickly and after a short period of asking questions and getting those answers there was silence, I started to feel myself as I was laying down, my breath. The view I had in front of me started to feel like a piece of Heaven, I could just feel it and I was convinced I was in Heaven and then I burst into tears. 20-30 minutes of continuous crying like a small child but without sounds. While I was crying thoughts of regret started to appear and images, I was asking for forgiveness to everyone in my entire life that I did even the smallest wrong to them and I was truly feeling it. And then I stopped, I couldn't stay laid down anymore so I got up and started to just walk and when I did that, I felt relief and everything around me it was just different. What it seemed to me like a simple road, and rocks and just water and trees now it felt like the most perfect creation that God made for me to enjoy, he showed me the Paradise. Right in that moment I was 100% convinced I was living in Heaven and all my life I couldn't see that and he forgave me and showed me. After a few steps I stopped and sit on a big rock and watched the calmness of the sea, and in all of this time I was just talking to myself about how perfect everything is and how beautiful and I came to peace with everything once again, and I felt this amazing warm love. I was staring at the sea and I saw fishes swim near me, and it was like God sent them to me to rise my feelings even more. After that trip, for about a week I was this person, I was calm and calculated, and in a way a little shocked of what I experienced and I was free. I was truly free and it made me think and contemplate a lot and I made so many connections and I told so many things to myself in that state. Now I think that was the inner me, the real me that God connected me with, showed me how can I feel if I balance my life and live a simple and loving life, he showed me how to be, how to act and how to think to achieve Heaven. I still believe Heaven is here on Earth and all it takes is to believe it and live a beautiful simple and loving life. I had nothing! I had no money, no super cars, no big houses, nothing material and yet I was complete, I was in this perfect state. Everything connects, every experience, every thought, every gesture, word, action, everything! I wished for enlightment and I received it and now I wish to be like that one more time and to keep it that way forever.

The mind loves to think...and think...and think, endlessly. Mindfulness has helped me a ton to stop that thinking process for a few minutes. The clarity in that small amount of time is amazing. Books like 30 Days to Discover Who I Am by Harper Daniels, the Tao Te Ching, and The Power of Now...I love using these books for escaping the mind's tricks.

The way I perceive is that Even the Thoughts come out of Divine when the body sight hearing touch is NOT ours than what is ours ..you will NOT get the Thought when you are NOT suppose to…human conscious is made up of what we call nafas the Animal self and Rooh the divine decree the Soul and our Conscience is our self out of the fight between two Radio stations that Conscience will either get a light body or fire body

Agreed 👍 as I resonate with much ! Can I add, please don’t burn yourself out please 🙏 Guys! Listen to your body ! If you’re energy sensitive, protect yourself! If being on time own is required in order to fine your peace ? Do it ! Health activists made me stop and put much into perspective! I’m. still pushing through with my own journey, my energy levels means I have to be really careful not to end up paying for it latter ! I have been constantly learning l actually have missed out on mani invitations and could have helped me , but some don’t matter rewards my situation fully ! I’m not going to share all my story here, but I have attended things when I can ! Public speaking when I herb Dystonia and fnd caused by a head injury! I get speech problems at times and either sound slurred or lose my voice completely whet the heck would I throw myself in for? Or What if I had a seizure? Nobody knows me ? Will they think I am a freak worth my shaky f body ? No I made myself go Ave where I can attend l so! My art l never got the funding and this was since the summer ! Looking likel wasn’t interested time spent in bed over summer and some who let me down, but I have kept going l am starting to slowly meet my type of people. But I have always told myself my purpose is greater than my own pain and we are beyond all of our experiences etc … l have some great things coming my way ! And l think 🤔 although it’s been challenging and it is a battle l know all this serves something much greater! All a state of mind and no not easy and please , don’t stuff your emotions l did for years ! Learn to use creativity and music to help you lift yourself ! Give yourself a pat on the back or whatever for still keeping your heart 💜 open and for nourishing yourself with healthy food! For not just following the crowd but doing what is right! That’s what we must all strive for even in our own challenges’ blessings be to you and all 🙏💜🦋😇🫶🏼🕊️🧚🏼‍♂️💫

If one embraces chaos, one will soon find a chaotic existence. The reverse is also true; if one rejects chaos and embraces cosmos, one finds harmony and all that goes with it in the self. The world we find, is the result of the world consciousness of the people who inhabit it at this time. If one feels like a stranger in a strange land, one can either embrace the inner truth and live that truth regardless of the situation or attempt to adapt and overcome the world without, something that rarely works out well. This has been my experience at any rate.

It's not that an infinite number of universes exist at the same time, it's that an infinite POTENTIAL exist. But at any one time, only one is rendered based on your focus. Like a computer game, scenes are not rendered until you steer your joystick (focus) onto a scene.

Hey luminara, 17yo M here, I'd grateful if you could help me with some of my problems, i have been seeing various mathematical equations subconsciously and have been noting them down, all they need is connecting the dots which seem quite hard at this moment as they don't make enough sense and i feel like whether i should go for a counseling because i once saw a a little bit of perspective of a girl i liked subconsciously before waking up from my sleep and eventually i came know the things which were said to her which saw through her perspective were same as it is when i was around 14-15 yo . How should i interpret it?
