They should be coming out with plastic kits and replacement parts soon. I got the black one, I didn't really like the red seat as much as the black seat with the thought of red plastics so I'm going to end up buying the red plastics separately. This bike is incredible! I'll be doing a side by side comparison video sometime soon with it and my E-Ride Pro SS 2.0 with an x9000

Altis - heavier, a tad bit longer, but overall about the same size. Riding comparison, the Altis feels more beefier, and like a legit dirt bike than the Mantis X. I'm still considering buying another Mantis X to have hanging around and really taking out to tear around on. Main reason being I can EASILY get replacement parts for that RAWRR bike. That's a huge frustration point for me.

@@JoeEridez email Altis and or the distributor you bought it from. Take a photo, send it to them, and tell them you need a new axle nut. Here’s what I did though- it worked perfectly. I went to O’Reiley Auto Parts, and you’re gonna laugh. I bought an oil drain plug. It worked perfectly!!!! I’ll post a KZbin short video here in a few minutes showing exactly what part you’ll need. I kept the box. But it’s $4.99 and it’ll get you going until you can get the new axle nut! (Or just keep the plug in there). Threads are the same, length is perfect, and it’s a stronger metal!

@ you bet! Keep an eye out on some of these bikes. If you go and like, watch more Emoto vids you’ll start seeing a lot of movement. It feels like every month a new bike launches, that beats the piss out of the most current. Then something comes out beating that one. I’d be willing to bet in a year or so, the market will have a ton of used options, and pricing will start being so competitive on new - it’ll be hard to choose. Not to mention the innovation that will develop by then.

@Shaverdan that's hilarious LOL A lot of my stuff is specific for razors or DIY stuff so I'm not sure how the battery connects to the controller on your bikes that you have. I know kids are putting my 12-volt system on a few other bikes but not for sure how they're splicing in. Otherwise I'll try to have some videos just showing you how to DIY it yourself too for those who want to wire up their own or something!

You should have got a firmware update prompt as soon as you bind the bike with the app. That was literally the first thing that pooped up as an option from the app.

I have to assume then that mine has the most updated firmware. I will say, the LITTLE time I was on it, staying in normal mode, not even going to sport...the bike blew me away compared to what I expected. I'm going to get out in the open fields when it dries up and get that thing wide open. I'll probably do a combo of bike mounted camera and drone videography to capture that one.

​@@ShaverdanIf you turn on your bike, go into your app. Hit the button on the bottom right-hand corner (circle with a green line under it) scroll down, and the second one from the bottom will say what "App Version" you currently have installed. I have the newest one from Altis sent me from two days ago. Its Version 3.6. Hope this will help you to diagnose what version you have installed currently.

Did you end up updating your firmware on the app? My bike keeps failing at 38% and app keeps disconnecting from the bike

Yo! No, I gave up on it. I didn't ever get it to populate to where it would even start a firmware upgrade. Altis emailed me though and asked me to film the process, so I'm going to do that when I get the time, upload it on KZbin, make it public, and then send to them for troubleshooting. My only guess is that my bike came updated...but I don't know for sure. That's strange that yours kicks off at 38%. How many times have you attempted and ended up like this?

@ I literally tried everything! I deleted the app redownloaded it, restarted my phone, restarted the bike haha and nothing… and hell yea I’ll keep a look out for the vid! Does your app ask for a password when you connect to the bike?

@ it does. That was a pain setting up the account. I found that if your formatting of the email has any capital letters- you have to login that same way. It’s sensitive to caps.

@@JohnYako-f4f Altis emailed me, told me to unpair the bike with the app, delete the app, turn off Bluetooth, reboot the phone, turn Bluetooth back on, and try again...it should work. This came from the gentleman who was helping me, he went to the manufacturer in China, and they gave him these instructions. I know in your comment above you said you did that...but try again. I think disbanding the bike from the app first is important. Let me know how it goes. I'll do the same. Altis asked me to do a KZbin video of the process, so when I do this, I'll document and upload.
