39:30 re is the person writing the prompt the artist, my take which I have also heard others say, is that the function of the human there is more akin to an art director giving a brief to an artist. The art director does not own the copyright (depending on contracts and jurisdiction etc), and the artist is still making a lot of decisions which the brief does not cover. And even if the art director did own the copyright they should still not claim credit for the work. Maybe shared credit, but even then the artist usually gets the credit.
