Alton Towers Scarefest Vlog October 2017

We kick off Halloween in style with a visit to the first day of Alton Towers Scarefest 2017! In this vlog we share our full reviews from the 6 different Halloween attractions located at the resort this spooky season. The Welcoming is a brand new scare maze located in the Mutiny Bay Courtyard and in this vlog we share our review from this exciting new experience!
We also share plenty of off ride footage from across the park, discover some of the Halloween entertainment and capture the fantastic park atmosphere. All of this and more mixed in with plenty of laughs and familiar faces from Theme Park Worldwide!

Great vlog Shawn. Loved you're little bit you did in Hex, that made me laugh, you've got that memorised perfectly 😂 I met you in the morning of Scarefest and the morning before, it was such a pleasure to meet you, especially buying our SW8 commemorative merch at the same time, that was quite a highlight for me😊 also thank you for letting me have a pic taken with you. This was my very first Scarefest and a lot of people have told me it has been better on previous years but as It was a first for me, I thought it was absolutely brilliant, I enjoyed every minute of it! It's just so well thought out and I think there's something for everyone to enjoy, even the kids entertainment was fun watch. Favourite mazes for me were sub species and Altonville mine tours. I will definitely be coming back for Scarefest next year☺🎃🎢😱

I think The Wicker Man is a really good theme for SW8, one of my favourite films of all time, a British classic. I also think a lot of people haven't been exposed to the film (talking about the original not the horrendous remake) especially younger guests so for them it may well be their first time experiencing that kind of cult theme!
