Sdc is more known than you might think. Among enthusiasts it's the total package. The best parks have more to offer than just big rides/coasters. Sdc has literally everything with amazing guest service. Cedar Point is one of my favorite parks. Was my favorite park up until 2022. The rides were awesome as always, but my overall experience fell flat, especially when we compared it to our trip to King's Island the next day.

Cedar Point will always be #1 in my heart but I’m not surprised Silver Dollar City won the list as we experienced it for the First time this Spring and it was the most beautiful theme park (outside of Disney) we’ve ever been too!! My biggest complaint about Hershey is that it always seems so congested. Like compared to similar parks it probably gets around the same attendance, but for how many rides they have it is a relatively small park with relatively narrow walking paths not meant to handle all those people. For example, Kings Island, which also has 14 coasters, is 360 acres, while Hersheypark is only 120 acres, which is 3 times smaller.

Mostly free park admission and old school charm. Rollercoasters are ok. Innovative for their time but now not the best compared to everything else. Haunted House is overrated imo. Carousel and bumper cars are legit the best in the world though. Especially bumper cars. Food is definitely cheap for theme park food but honestly the quality is not wholly better than others. It baffles me that it won so many awards. It has that charm of being an old school amusement park which is nice. I have been a visitor there since I was like 4.

Silver dollar city deserves it! It’s one of my home parks! I go often and I’m happy they got #1! The food, rides, and literally everything about is great in some way! Amazing park!

I live in Florida and Busch gardens is better than sea world by a long shot. Both have great coasters though! The iron gwazi at Busch gardens shown in the beginning is my all time favorite too

yesss finally someone who understands, i absolutely love Silver Dollar City it is absolutely amazing and really good sights to go to see!! it really is amazing and the rides are so so fun, it is soooo underrated and the lines there were not very long, at least when i went!!
