These were awesome. So good to really see what you can get for your money. I hope you continue to do many of these in all areas and prices. Thank you

I like the studio, the lot is big enough if you decide to build a bigger house and the price is within my budget.

We visited Altos in 2004. I estimated you could purchase a 5 hectare lot andd build a small house for under 250K.

5 hectare lots? Most lots I saw where in the 5,000 m2 range, not 50,000 m2.

@@IGoPanama well, on the way up from the Panamericana most lots were around $12,000 an acre. Once you get to the last town before you arrive at the office, do you remember the size of those properties? I don't know maybe they were outside the development. Anyhow, I don't think they were as popular as today. At the time, I was in my late 50's. Now in my late 60's anything with many steps or ups and downs makes little sense. Keep that in mind when making your last purchase.

#2 Studio looks like it may have some covered "shed space" underneath? I really love the small & simple approach, but I would probably opt for a design with some type of "loft" bedroom rather than trying to squeeze that into the living area as well. But really liked the porch shower! 😍

Underneath the house is open. We actually discussed the possibility of closing it in as extra living space.
@awabooks98862 жыл бұрын
@@IGoPanama Much as I liked that option, in an "ideal world" I would likely go for a little more living space, and a little less lot. But thank you for featuring this type of dwelling 🤗

Agreed. I couldn't live there full time. But there is rarely enough lot for me!!! I like my outdoor space!

I was wondering if you are going to visit homes that are 30-45 minutes from the sea? Thank you for this video. Fan from Quebec, Canada.🌻❤️🤓

These are about 45 minutes away.

Mary, I love and appreciate everything you do to show us Panama and I know you work hard. But, my dear, you really need to slow down your camera movement. All the lovely features you point out to us are blurred by moving the camera so fast--they look like an Impressionist painting! And I need a dramamine to watch the video! Please take this post in the spirit in which it it offered--with love and respect and a suggestion for improving your videos.

I'm definitely not a videographer! I just do these videos for fun. Thanks for the tips.

I agree 100%. I have a hard time watching even though I want to see the entire video. Totally worth watching, but please move slower.

Everything you've shown in Del Maria is Mucho, Mucho $$ expensive for what it is....Don't get me wrong,.... You're doing a great job of showing the properties but I'm not impressed with the prices. Thank you!

It's not a cheap area. If you want cheap housing, you need to go to more local areas. As I explained in the first video, this is an area of 2nd homes for upper middle class and wealthy Panamanians and expats.
