Hello everyone :D
Today, we are taking a look at Alubari: A Nice Cup of Tea!
This is kind of a 2.0 version of Snowdonia, a game we both have enjoyed quite a bit! Did we like this better? Or are Snowdonia still the better game for us?
Check out the video to find out! Thanks for watching :D

Another good review of another perfectly solid game. I have the Snowdonia big box so there's no reason for me to get this one as it looks basically the same game with minor changes.

Yeah, that makes sense! Both great games, but they are very similar! Thanks for watching, and we're happy that you enjoyed it :D

Thanks for the great review guys! I thought this looked really good aesthetically but I wasn’t a big fan of Snowdonia so I passed.

And thank you for watching! No, if you didn't like Snowdonia, this won't change those feelings, I'm pretty sure of that!

Light or heavy? I'm more interested in which rewards skillful play the most.

They're about the same in that regards, in my experience!

i saw this a while ago but the art for the board is so ugly! I got foothills and I like it. Love the tactics in playing the cards and deciding when to use the weaker side or get rid of it by going to the pub! have you guys played that game yet or too light for your taste?

I like the art ;) Yeah, Foothills was amazing the first time I played! Need to play it again, and also play it with Sunniva!

@@BoardGamingRamblings I like the art in the cards, the board is just soo much green! I like the game a lot too, just having played it 3 times. You asked me once about Runestones, after 5 plays I do think it's worth getting. Beer on me if you don't enjoy it :)

no edits, no cuts, no images of the game, why not just make podcasts then?

Hey :D First off, I absolutely agree with you on there being too few pictures in this one! There are some, but there could have been more, but we had some issues while editing this one! The main reason for making a video, is because we like making videos. If you'd like to, most of our videos could just be listened to in the background, and that would be fine for me, if people want that. But, there is so much that you don't get with just sound! Seing a person speaking will often convey a lot more of what they are saying, but the bottom line is basically that we enjoy making videos. Our goal isn't to make a high production studio show, but a show with you joining us on our couch, talking about this fantastic hobby! :D

@@BoardGamingRamblings Hey, I appreciate your work and I see that you have rambling in your name but time stamps, a bit more structure and at least a few pictures of games would certainly improve things. However, that is just feedback that you can of course ignore as well :)

I take all feedback to heart, and actually made more visuals for our newest video today, because of your comment! :) Timestamps is one thing that I’ll make sure to be better at! There is a structure to each video, and we have topics we go through, and I’ll make that clearer with timestamps! Also, we have pictures of the games in ever video we do, but I’m sure I can get better at that part as well. Without feedback like yours, it’s easy to stagnate, so I am happy that you took time to write, so that we might be better in the future!
