I got left side toolbox for mouting air compressor and right side for recovery gear and straps 😃😃

Beat me to it, will be mounting my compressor in one. My recovery gear is in the trundle drawer in the back of the tray. I am not sure about having it there or in the toolbox like you have…..I am worried about getting bogged in a spot where you cant open the toolbox or drawer (underwater or a steep hole etc)…. Have you had any issues with getting you recovery gear out?

@@4weeksleave havnt hadda chance to get out mate due to lockdown 🙄 but it fits neatly in there pretty good ill probably end up changing it out now to think of it 😃 i have a big dual thumper kings compressor in the left side all the hoses and gear for that stored in it as well

@@flacky93 On the west coast mate, in Perth. We have been lucky with the lockdowns so far here. 100% would love to do a trip once we can get there or vice versa

How are you finding the hinges holding down your tray, are they strong enough? Or have you added some bolts? Reason being that's what my plan is too cause I seen then on line at one place for $450 they where stainless though. But it's a lot cheaper making them Cheers

Hi mate, so far so good. I have had no issues with them. But I have started thinking about..... Some scenario where you get into a bit of trouble out on the track and you want then to be a bit stronger.... For the moment they work really well.

Hey mate, I got 2 from TCBoxes then realized I needed 4. so just made the other 2 myself

did you buy those latches at bunnings? and also where did you get the rubber mats you have under your canopy
