U nailed it🤠... so so clear that only coz of you I signed out one alveolar soft part sarcoma. Once upon a time, theses tumours used to be just a on paper for us as we never got chance to see them . Ur efforts are really saving us, upgrading us.. making us so confident..and some times I just want to give your reference 😁.... Thanks a bunch for this initiative .... Wish I would be able to gulp all the contents once in life... Sorry to say but I m jealous of your residents...

One thing I really appreciate in Jerad's lessons is the emphasis on the morphology. Mollecular, immuno and other things are trully important, but morphology comes first!! Congratulations, Jerad!!

So footnote: the cells being pleiomorphic is mostly because the translocation (X;17) is *unbalanced* is this tumor, while it is totally balanced in the TFE3-translocation RCC
