doctorfeelucky Me too, In fact, I believe it was 2003-2004 when I seen the Beat It clip on a VHS tape for I think the Easter Special for Alvin and Chipmunks, I thought Michael was some new 2000's singer like Aaron Carter. Boy was I wrong. I also thought, "Wow, this guys sings amazingly" I never knew he had a album, So whenever I wanted to hear the song, I'd just replay the small clip on my VHS tape.

I was OBSESSED with Alvin and The Chipmunks as a kid (especially Alvin) and used to watch this Chipmunk movie in particular on repeat and I remember this was my favorite scene. MJ has always been one of my favorite artists and you put Alvin in there? ICONIC!

I remember the show in the late 80s. Alvein keep telling people he was going to dance with MJ when he was not. In the end they say MJ agreed to so in you see MJ kick Alvein was to teach him a lessen.

Millennials grew up in a time that perfectly and traditionally conjoined old school with the new in a way that revolutionized the culture that seemingly bought everyone together organically and cohesively. Micheal Jackson being a huge part of this.

At the end of the episode, Alvin dances with Michael Jackson at the concert which showing up that snobby MJ fan. I was 5-6 when I saw that and I was born in 92

That was so cool. The chipmunks Alvin, Simon and Theodore had an awesome history film about themselves. The Michael Jackson bits are my favorite. You know, Alvin and the chipmunks first came out on the same year as Michael Jackson was born. And the chipettes came out on the same year as he became the king of pop.

Sad part is i knew nothing about MJ but the jokes made about him in school during the trial, i heard his songs before but never knew who sand them. Til i bought this vhs at a blockbuster in 2005 and finally realized he made all those songs, and i became a fan instantly rather than crack jokes about him in school
