prop spec varies on prop type and where the load is, I believe a number 2 acrow is 3.5 ton direct load but only 350 kg on strong boy. I might be wrong but sure I read that somewhere 😀

good to see needles being used most use strongboys these days doesnt seem to be prob with them but i dont trust them on large loads as they offset the load to the side of the prop ... how do you feel about them izzy ? .......

Needles are brilliant mate! Strong boys have their place, especially when access is a big issue..but the safest way is with needs

I wondered that as well. When I've been doing groundworks and blockwork/laying/cutting with the grinder I take my stuff down to the washing machines outside Morrisons. Wouldn't use the house washing machine! Had some hessian and old curtains to cover the blockwork and took them to Morrisons too. I even put my old boots in there as well.
