There's a lot of helmet police on KZbin 🤪 But definitely better to be safe than sorry, if we're going on the big/main roads we always put our helmets on, but out in the villages it's generally safer 😁

This reminded me once again of Brasil. Most Sundays the family would get the grill going to either watch F1 (Ayrton Senna do Brasil) or a football match (Esporte Clube Democrata or Atletico Mineiro) and if neither was on, it was helping my aunts wash my Grandfather's amazing VW Bug (the best vehicle ever made). I sous vide pork for about 8 hours and then seared with a cast iron pan ( had to order one from Lazada) If you try searing with the standard thin pans you end up burning it. I bought some pork fat from Makro and seared with that. I think if you sous vide some tough Thai beef for 8 hours or even 18 hours at say 54 deg and then seared I think it too would be nice and tender.
