Actually... The correct verb is Timeport. And yes, you can timeport bread, but as bread has a high sugar content, it could cause bread to become alcohol and evaporate instantaneoulsy, which would cause the gas to explode, damaging its surroundings and probably making the time machine to malfunction critically in mid-travel, so no-one would be able to see the actual effects of it.
