It's pretty interesting to note that weight loss can drastically change the way you percieve your own type. Of course your type never actually changes but your perception does. All this time I thought I'm a soft natural but after losing 15 pounds I can definitely clearly see that I'm actually a soft dramatic
@tinad85614 жыл бұрын
I know. Had you asked me 10 years ago I would have said “classic”, but 20 pounds later I’ve squared up through the middle and top and not at all through the hip & thigh, which I gather is a Natural thing.
@rebekahnewman38764 жыл бұрын
@@tinad8561 Not necessarily. There are some good videos about kibbe and weight on YT, I think Aly has a recent one! Look at the prime example of January Jones and imagine her with 30 lbs heavier. She might look boxy in her hips, she might gain weight in different areas. She won’t look very lush though, and her bones won’t gain any VISUAL weight to them, and her vertical line won’t change... but she could still look boxy, which is how a lot of people gain weight! The shapes and measurements don’t dictate image ID, but yin yang balance does.

I have olive skin and dark features and recently discovered that any warm tone colors will naturally make your skin and features glow. such as your eyes, if you have dark eyes or (warm tone eyes) and want them to pop and light up in the sun then wear gold jewlery! Don't do silver unless you have cool tones skin. As for clothes all i used to wear was dark shades which was basically always black clothes. Now when I shop I look for emerald greens, pink peach, orange, dark red, brown, warm yellow and purple which surprisingly looks good. Don't wear pastel or cool colors. For makeup eyeshadow I use green, brown or gold ish tones and sometimes silver. for lips use a light pink or dark red. And of course blush, perhaps pink and red. As I said I recently discovered there are ways too make your skin and features look beautiful without makeup, now I'm spending hours in the sun and color coding my clothes, so I'm no expert but I hope it helps 😅
