Hey! I followed this tutorial to do my own, and used Mod Podge instead of resin (to keep a low budget) and if you add a few layers the effect is very similar and durable.

Trying to cosplay (diy) for the first time and it's nerve wracking. I'm not very artistic besides musically. This is so helpful for me. I just saw your wig tutorial and now this, and I realize I just need to make do with what I can, as best as I can, even if it's not exactly "movie accurate"

This was a phenomenal build! Nice work. With the whole Johnny Depp trial happening, I thought this coming Halloween would be a great time to finally do Edward. I truly hope I can pull this off and watching your tutorial has really inspired me. I pulled off Freddie Mercury last year and got invited on stage at the Halloween party I went to and sang 2 Queen songs to finish the night. You need to sell your work, keep it up! :) WOnderful!!

Material list for the way I will make: [ ] Poster paper for pattern [ ] Popsicle sticks, large yet thin [ ] Small Popsicle sticks [ ] Craft foam white [ ] Resin [ ] Sand paper [ ] Black and silver spray paint [ ] Black gloves [ ] Super glue [ ] Eyelash curler and old scissors or sculpt with wire [ ] A bit of vinyl [ ] Mod podge [ ] Polymer clay for various sized screws [ ] Silver Metalic paint, gold,copper [ ] Silver paint pen Edit I'm finishing these up and used a couple of different materials than planned. For the screws I ended up using bolt cutters to cut actual screw ends to glue on. And I used air dry clay instead with wireframe for scissor handles

I don't have the patience, nor talent for this, however last time I did Edward I taped black trash bags over my skinny jeans. This year I will pull some of these techniques and make a much better(not as good as yours) version of a cheap and fast costume :)
