So related to your dog story. One of my first times smoking weed, I was at the park and I hear a man shouting through my daze, I turn around to look at where it’s coming from and see him yelling at his MASSIVE Great Dane that was charging towards me. I saw the glow in its eyes from the sun reflecting off them and stood there like, “Can’t outrun it, can’t fight it, I guess I’m dead”. When the dog reached me (like 3sec after noticing it), started licking my face and was just looking to play. Nearly pooped my pants.

I mean when you compare his videos to someone like Winter (who is not a "progamer") Harstem honestly seems out of touch more often than not with actual high end gameplay. I think he gets so hyperfocused on timings and eeking out minor advantages he misses the big picture.

One can argue that the only real A move unit in zerg's repertoire is the roach so I hope you are actually being sarcastic. There is really no race that is truly A move, but I still wanted to make that point

You have to mico banelings lings ravagers with their ability and infestor burrow micro while the fight is happening and also the Viper that is pure caster unit.. and you need to manage more bases at the same time. Zerg is the most micro intensive race at higher levels... on low levels F2 A move is enough but later on you just dont win if you dont use casters... Protoss can go for A move army and win 200 supply fights while Zerg need to fight first fight somewhat efficently and remax with the perfect unit composition to win the fight in 2nd approach. Question: Are you Protoss ?=

when harstem makes units he does pretty well. unfortunately he has a tendency to get so deep inside his head that he just stops making units. "my opponent built 2 probes 3 hours ago, but now he made a 3rd, that obviously means he's going mutalisk rush, so I will make siege tanks to counter his corrupters, yes ye syes, it's all coming together ... oops I made no units for the past 10 minutes and now I'm dead."

Interesting thought, archons can be good against zerg, but basically useless vs terran. Swarm host is really bad against terran because of lifted buildings and other reasons, but much better against toss. Meanwhile there is nothing like this that is really good against terran. Someone will say banelings, but banelings really suck and it's a mistake to build them in the early game. they are mostly used to kill a planetary, but you always lose money in those trades. BC hardcore crush protoss but are very beatable for zergs. vikings similar.

12:32 1,000,000% agree. Before the internet just gave everyone all the answers down to the most optimal mouse clicks I was absolutely godmode at gaming. My niche was quick learning, I have the tendency to be able to figure out mechanics without much effort, which also means pretty much any superior strategy you use against me, I full taskmaster that situation and now your knowledge is mine as well, and I didn't have to exchange a single word with you. However, I have a strong weakness in... well I'm just old and my reflexes at 40 just ain't that of a 21 year old who's been shotgunning monster energy all day. On top of that the internet just gives this otherwise imbecile all the answers. Let's say, for example, someone loses and they have no idea why. They could, in today's age, send a replay to a certain streamer and he will, yes harshly point out all their mistakes, but they also were told answers that quite frankly, they would've never in a million years figured out by themselves. (I actually love Iodis, be I do recognize it as part of this problem). I'd say maybe I could be some sort of day 1 content creator. But by I mean by the end of the week my learning curb is obsolete as the community can gather all that information on mechanics and strategy and give to an idiot that's quick and precise with inputs. TLDR; You don't need brains when the internet gives you all the answers.
