Man perfect timing! I've been eyeing out a 15' Charger SXT AWD for a couple of weeks now and have been debating on trying to pull the trigger on it because I bought a house 6 months ago and don't want the bank to think I have to much going on so quickly.... any advice? When the last time you have checked your credit? Has the house popped up on your credit report? If so you should see a drastic increase in the score.

Here’s a question: if you do pay off of a maxed off college card, would it be worth it to keep it open if they let you since it’s been over a year since it was maxed? Bad luck with jobs and finances has made it difficult to find that lump sum to pay it.

Yea. Definitely keep it open. Reason being is it will help the length of credit account you have open. My next finance video will more than likely be paying off credit card debt.
