Honestly, pretty sure Michael has inspired me to just be a nice person. So many people in his position are stuck on themselves and have their nose in the air and don’t bother with people who are not of the same status and I have been overly impressed and his graciousness and kindness to everybody he talks to and I have found that to be highly inspiring

I would move to Las Vegas. Still close to LA, no mosquitos, great value for beautiful homes compared to LA, enough shopping to do. I thought about Denver but they don't have any watch boutiques or authorized dealers there except Rolexes. Las Vegas has everything for shopping + great restaurants. Most "affordable" cities don't have all those.

Michael, Been watching you for quite a while. I own a couple Rolexes myself and have purchased one for my son as well. Because of the covid I certainly do feel different about high end purchases and that may change at some point but I'm really not sure , it just doesn't seem that important anymore. I just wanted to say that I watch your videos with the very little time off I have because of how genuine you are. With regard to lending money to friends, once I was told a story and some how I follow it. The story is two friends one is wealthy and the other is just getting by.. A asks W if he can borrow some money and he will return it in 3 weeks, W doesn't ask why or what for and say do you see that drawer there, the amount you asked for is there take it and after 3 weeks just return the money to the same drawer, A agrees.. 3 weeks gone and W saw his friend but W never asked him about the money! Few weeks later A again asks W for some money and again W didn't ask why or what for and said do you remember the drawer you took money from go there and the money you want is there.. The guy opened the drawer and it was EMPTY.. A says the drawer is empty, W replied back if you returned the money you promised to return few weeks ago it wouldn't been empty!! Sorry if story is a bit long.. 🙂

Average income of people coming into California is greater than the average income leaving. Its called supply and demand. The demand is pushing those who can't compete to live in CA out of the state.
