greeny, why IHG? I know the holiday inns are pretty budget friendly at many different locations. but they don't have lifetime high tier membership like marriott or hilton. and marriott has the most hotels as well has some of them has member lounge access for free for their high tier members.

You can get smoothies much cheaper. But for a high quality smoothie ordered in a nice restaurant, I think that is pretty standard for Bangkok.
