A Q&A would make a great video topic. As you say, many people were using your video to show the damage of some of the Mielle products. Your video shows the results in real-time as you wash the hair and it gets tangled up. I want to mention that you also used products before they were sold. People are making all kinds of excuses about the Mielle products. I saw people with all sorts of textures, and they were natural, and their hair became damaged.

Now I saw the video when she was using the Mielle hair product in her hair, but before she used the products they're was nothing wrong with her hair but after she used the product, her hair became Tangled and nappy and hard to comb out and it had drawn up and got matted and impossible to untangle because she had some beautiful long hair before that happened to her and obviously she was obsessed with her long hair and I don't mean that in a negative way but obviously you can tell she loved her long hair so why in the world would she try to make up a lie on this company to ruin her own hair and have go to a beauty salon to get her own hair cut and going into to a state of depression because she's crying on KZbin about her hair coming out

Thank you for being brave enough to share your experience. I hate that you had such a horrible experience with the products. Please continue to make content and give us your honest feedback on the products you use. I tried the babassu and mint deep conditioner back in 2016 but my hair did not like the product. My hair favors products that are thicker in texture so I just never tried anything else from the brand.

I used to use their products long before the company was sold and this controversy. With all honesty my hair loved the products. They were my go to. I used the entire line of the Rosemary and my hair enjoyed it. Out of the blues I stopped using them with no reason. I guess I foresee what was coming without even realizing. I'm glad that your hair has now bounced back. Thank God for the inspiration that God gave you to create your own product that has saved your hair.

Right before August my sister told me she would start using mielle rosemary oil, I told her don’t cause it’s making people hair fall. A week ago I sent her some videos of people complaining and she confessed that she still bought and used the product. Her hair started well then along the way it felt more and more dry, more and more brittle and she stopped. We live in france. Mielle is damaging hair globally.

Mielle product everybody jumping on it trying to blame it for their hair lost. Rosemary biotin is good for hair growth and treating your scalp but its not hydrating so if you wash and condition your hair with it. You will need to add a hydrating conditioner or protein treatment to add moisture back to your hair. But Rosemary will dry your hair but it's not bad. You need to add a protein treatment to your hair and oil.

I want to thank you and others for sounding the alarm about Mielle. 2 yrs ago I used it and my texture changed along with my hair coming out in chunks. I thought it was hormones but it stopped when I stopped using it. My hair still is not right🥲. Also I love taking care of my hair like you so this situation has been hard me also!

I first want to apologize, I wasn’t a hater actually when I saw your hair loss video when you posted it but I was kinda like maybe it was because your hair was relaxed and someone told me that relaxed hair can only handle chemical products and not natural one , which I released was stupid cause when I started my hair growth journey I texturized my hair and was putting olive oil in my hair. I always so Mielle on internet and was always oh it looks interesting but something always told me to not buy it , first because the « natural » ingredients are ingredients you can buy in drug stores and do your own mix at home , like peppermint and rosemary and cloves so I was already like why would I buy something I can make myself at home 😅😅
