Why do you publicly sham him.. if ppl as an association want to help do it discreetly, posting it on youtube and fb is cheap

We know this guy more tan 30 years. His name is Santhosh. We brought him to Fr Naikomparambil’s retreat and gave him directions and financial help but he preferred to be homeless. I myself ones paid his fees for college courses involving the counselor who told me they will return the money when he receives the grant which was already approved. But later when I approached both of them the professor pretended as if he did not Know me. I am not worried about the money I was cheated for but whenever he met us outside he tried to avoid us . we tried to get him in an apartment etc. but he did not want to cooperate with us. Besides to anyone’s amazement at that time his Mother was living with his younger brother who was very well of and his sister is an attorney!!! We contacted Them but they did not seem to care. We felt that he liked his homelessness and liked to live to get sympathy from others. We used to feel what The Association is feeling about a Malayalee on the Street. We even saw him on TV one time on a freezing nights crawling in to a card board carton and appeared talking to the reporter. If he wants help now and the association wants to Help him and he wants help as he is getting old that is Good. We just wanted to let you know his background

@@beejay9781 I've been living in this country for almost 50 years and I've never heard about a homeless Malayalee in US with this guy's conditions! So I was very suspicious when I heard his story the first time. Thank you Bee Jay for clarifying it!

@@beejay9781 thank you much for giving the background of this person. And thanks for reaching out and doing your part. I am so against publicly posting about a person who is already at the lowest of their life... and hence posted it my comments

Let us not publicly shame Mr. Kuruvila. The behavior patterns of a person who has been homeless this long will be significantly different from those who never been in his shoes. There could be trust issues, there could be health issues, and there could be familial issues. The need at this time is "unconditional positive regard." Being judgmental and calling him names will certainly not lead to positive outcomes.
