AM vs PM Fishing on Oak Island

I'm not a morning person. I prefer to go fishing after I've had breakfast and after I've had lunch and sometimes diner. I'm a PM fishing guy. But hey, lots of people say morning fishing is the best time to fish. So I decided to do a little non-scientific study to decide which time of fishing really is the best. In this video, we will start out fishing the AM. Then later, we will come back and fish the PM hours. AM vs PM! A battle to see which time slot is best!

That's wild, I saw myself in the video! BTW, the Fish House was amazing. It was a little pricey, but they got us seated and served in 15-20 minutes; Amazing food to boot. Try the choice of two with the flounder and shrimp. Can't recommend enough.

The bite is best at daybreak. It's usually done by 9 or so though.

5:30 AM to 8:00 AM, then 7:00 PM till it's too dark, both times with moving tide, in or out. And man, I would have cut up one of those whiting for bait on one of the rods for sure.

Hey sands in the surf!!! My name is Aiden and I am 12 and have been following your KZbin channel for about a year and a half to 2 years now I come down to oke island a couple times every year and we love it I just got in to fly fishing a couple months ago and am interested in the fly rods for fresh/Saltwater honestly I need a better quality rod because mine is like 20$ 🤣 I have also started to tie my own flies. I’ve never targeted them but yes, people catch them in the ICW around the bridges

Jim really is a good guy. He was pointing out best fishing spots near his house even before I knew him. Only photos have of that car were the ones posted by Oak Island Rescue online.
