My friends you must perfect the devices (dashcams). I know I go for newly fresh roads and the device don't record! And contrary to another model that does nearly the something as the past devices, why not put more sensors on the devices and be able to sell more data? And please tell us: How many customers do you have and roughly what is the income? Only with thata data we could made reasonable investments on the project.

Will future models of mappers be 360 cameras? Can somebody make a full-time job of mapping? Are roads not funded by the state still valuable to mapping?

So far this has been one my best investments in crypto. I have been really happy with the progress of this project. But after installing the latest update the camera takes forever to power up and upload images. its become pretty useless on short to mid distances. Takes 20-25 mins to even map anything. I really hope they fix this soon.

That is very low on their priority list - they said that several times. Ariel has been "annoyingly" reacting to people mapping for the sake of mapping and making money and not passively which was his original intent for the camera owners. So updating the mapping data for us, the drivers, when all we are expected to do is to have the camera on for whatever driving we do for ourselves like going to work / mall/ friend's house etc, so this map data for us is not really relevant for us. Too bad though.

Is Hivemapper banned in China or why is there no single pink dot on the Chinese map? Africa's representation is close to zero as well. Is no one ordering from Africa?

Could somebody from hivemapper please confirm the estimated shipping dates for the may pre order. I've tried raising my question through support. There also is no way of tracking your order since they changed their servers. Please start finding a communication medium as people have already paid for their pre orders and would appreciate an update on expected shipping dates. Thank you

I keep imagining something like a supply truck in Africa or some taxi cab driver who could make quadruple or a Year's wages in a month using a couple of these Hive mappers. Or like a village that has nothing but they buy a truck and they start mapping one person or a few of them and it just changes everything.
