Gotta continue to give that man his flowers while he is still here. As a lot of folks have said before he is underrated to some but this man in his prime owned the stage. I couldn’t only imagine how hype it was to see him perform back then. Thank God for KZbin. I was born in 1990 and I was raised around a lot of his music so I know how bad ass Bobby Brown was and still is to me. Nuff respect to him continuing to perform for himself and the fans despite all he’s been through!

One of the last greats of a dying breed of truly talented performers. The guy was bad. Period. Mike dropped. I met him and Whitney Houston in 1991, after Whitney's concert. Bobby was super nice to me and so was she. She called me, "darling" and gave me her autograph with a smiley face, which I still have. I will never forget that night. Thanks for that great memory, Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston.

I'm wondering if he lip synced. It's almost like nobody could dance that hard and still sing.

Bobby brown was an outstanding performer and the music was so pure that when you listen to it now you get the same feeling that you got back when it first came out!!!

I'm 53 I been a New edition fan from day one. Bobby Brown always gave his best and never cheated the fans when it comes to preforming on stage . And don't be cruel album is a perfect album . And I can't say that about many albums. I mean every song on that album was incredible.

I remember this Bobby Brown era!!!!! And put it this way; he owned the late 80's and MJ owned the early!!!!!!!

I'm just amazed that he was able to do all that dancing AND STILL sing well. That's a whole different level of talent right there.

Oh but you act like Prince wudn't there. It was Prince & Michael on top not Bobby. He was up there tho.

It might just be me, but music today lacks the "pop" this has, New Jack Swing makes the listener want to get up and dance, which is why performances by NJS artists are always a good time. I missed this era by about 4 years, but I'm caught up in it like it's 1990 all over again.

New Jack Swing is the reason r&b is the way it is today, even though that era was good. What pop? They were always r&b just crossed over b/c they could dance and the pop culture "visuals"
