Great podcast, I enjoyed all and especially the issue of parenting ( mother child) and mental health. I have the book on food and depression and find recipes that have helped me and my mood HALT - Hungry / Angry/ Lonely / Tired….

this is great! I now do 24 hrs fasting 2 times a week and 48 hrs once a month and eating 3 meals with first meal as fruits and second as rice lentils with some low fat lactose free kefir and b supp and zinc and vit c and then at night sourdough bread with peas or beans curry! I avoid soya cheakpeas eggs milk and red meat(all cause me constipation immediately next day)
