President of the bank is worried about his security system being recorded on your cameras but not about the computer screens with customers information being positioned so one can see them from the street? A person does not have the right to call the police to report legal activity that the person calling doesn't like. Police have one job and only one job: Law Enforcement. Legal activity has absolutely nothing to do with law enforcement. People that call the police on law abiding citizens should be fined.

@@Requinix17 A vast majority of law enforcement officers don't even know the laws that they are supposed to enforce. Most of them are also ego-driven which should completely remove them from any type of threat assessment because it's going to be a biased threat assessment. The officer in this video that stated that he believes all people should have no problem with identifying themselves is showing that he is biased to wanting to enforce his feelings or beliefs instead of enforcing what the law says about people identifying themselves

I think you're going too far there, to the other extreme. That would require for people to know the 100% of law, so everyone would have to be a lawyer by the time they were adults, and which would discourage people from calling in a dangerous situation, afraid they would be fined. It's the professionals, who take the call, and respond, that need to access the situation. I do agree with fines for lying over 911 though.

@Silence Do Good At the point in the video where Officer Hobbs said that he would "maybe" not give a citizen his name and badge number, 15 minutes after first interacting with David and Jason, what threat did he think he was under? Yes, I think, in totality, Hobbes did well, better than Ancietii, however the most concerning part was him saying he would willingly disobey his policy. Not sure how we can give him a complete pass on this. He knew at this point that there wasn't a threat to person or property

Scott Evans earned a new title today, CCHO- Chief Constitution Hate Officer of Merchants Bank of Indiana. Fear mongering and making false 911 calls is typically frowned upon by Members, Employees and local LE. I hope Scott reaps the rewards of his unethical conduct by watching members move their savings/earnings from Merchants Bank to other financial institutions that support the US Constitution. Why Merchants Bank employees share their members personal information with the public should be investigated by the Federal Gov't.

Don't allow corrupt cops or uneducated people take advantage of you because they think since you weren't born here you may not know your rights. You came here to live free and you, me and everyone else that has come here or have been born here have to fight together to keep that freedom so there will always be at least one country in this world where people can come to seek asylum. If we go down and lose our freedom there's nowhere else to go to have the freedoms we have here. I don't want us to lose our only safe place to truly live free by allowing corrupt politicians or leaders to trample and take our rights away so I'll definitely keep doing my part. I hope you love it here and I'm glad you're here getting to live freely. ❤❤❤

From my perspective you come from a line of failures and cop-outs. Being a veteran myself I couldn't help from observing the generational soldiers I served with were typically the least educated, most racist and untrustworthy, they were there to get their 20 plue in and retire on the governments dime. And policing in America is essentially a sanctioned criminal career dominated by wife beaters, racists and white supremacists. Both categories are typically not full of honorable men. Not to mention you believe that Gods exist which means you lack critical thinking skills.

I had to rewind and watch their initial contact with the bank mgr, before continuing on to the rest of the video. Those funny interactions are part of what makes their content so enjoyable to watch, even if occasionally, it’s at the expense of people they encounter during their 1A audits.😀

If that cop that wrote down your channel sees this comment, you did a good job respecting Jason and Ben's rights and honoring your oath. And don't ever don't identify! I know you did identify but if a citizen asks your name be proud of your job and be respectful to the public that pays your salary. If a cop doesn't identify it comes across as smug and having a distain for the public, is not a good look and doesn't help to bridge the gap.
