So how do you make amakan house durable and long-lasting though? I love the style and everything but we all know that the Philippines is very well-visited by typhoons every year 😞

You can mixed this one with metal + concrete, you can either place them strategically on the critical areas where strong winds or typhoon can hit. But this can be done ofcourse of well experienced builders or Professional.. thanks for watching!

i love the design.. can u try this design but bungalow type.. instead of loft.. convert it into 2.5 rooms - 1 master bedroom with T&b with small walk it closet, 1 bedroom - elevated like 3 to 4 steps.. and ung hindi kita agad ang pinto ng mga bedrooms pag pasok pa lang.. and .5 is like small room i.e. for storage (near the kitchen?). can u include parking? 😁 ahihi..feeling ko nag pa design na ko ng house 😁 salamat!

usually po you can get a rough estimate, 20-25k per sqm, multiply lang po ng total floor area. for this house po more or less nasa 1.m-1.5 m.
