Hi Amanda, as a friend from Italy, I can confidently say that the Italian police will NEVER admit their wrongdoing and Guede will NEVER confess his theft, rape and homicide. Yours is not the first and won't be the last case in which the baddies got away with it. Warm regards from one who knows the sad truth about the Kercher case

First off all you give people right to express without them judging them. Without being a judge. I think this is valuable👏

Poor poor woman. She was found guilty through Trial by media even before the trial. EVEN after another person was convicted. It is sick.

Excellent interviewer. You are engaged and truly listen. I am getting a lot from this interview and Inside the World's Toughest Prisons. We will never get rid of crime until there is no poverty.

How was this conviction unfair. She did time for slander and got away with murder. I am sick an tired of journalists not doing their job.

Um...no. The murder conviction was unfair because as the Supreme Court ruled, it was impossible for her to have been in Kercher's bedroom and leave not a single piece of evidence of herself there. Guede couldn't do it. The slander conviction was ruled unfair by the ECHR: "The European court of human rights has ordered Italy to pay Amanda Knox €18,400 for police failures to provide her access to a lawyer and a translator during questioning over the 2007 killing of her British flatmate Meredith Kercher in Perugia." "Judges at the ECHR said the Italian government had failed to show that Knox’s restricted access to a lawyer had not “irreparably undermined the fairness of the proceedings as a whole”.

So is it equally impossible to break into a 2nd floor window and leave no dna?

@@Sandman1255 It's entirely possible if he was wearing gloves as would be logical for someone breaking into a home through a window especially having to remove shards of broken glass as was done. Guede was an experienced burglar. What is not possible is for two people to engage in a violent, hands on struggle, including forcibly holding someone down and leaving no DNA on them or their clothes, or bloody fingerprints. Nor is it possible to leave no shoe/footprints in blood while the victim is bleeding profusely from her neck covering the floor around her with blood. Guede couldn't manage it as he left multiple samples of his DNA on her body, her clothes, on her purse, a bloody handprint and shoeprints in her blood.

@@sahnehering339 I have 'gone through the files' meaning the court records including depositions, trial testimony transcripts, police reports, forensic reports, experts' reports, and court motivations. I know the facts. Would you care to present exactly what evidence places her in the cottage, much less Kercher's bedroom, on the night of Nov. 1, 2007?
